We have been pleased to allow access to the Park for residents and visitors on a permissive basis for many years and we want to clarify that it is not (and never has been) our intention to prevent permissive access. We are resisting the claim to create a public right of way so that we can control the impact of visitors to the village and minimise the disturbance to residents.
